The Institute of Vocal Jazz Featuring Saisa's Virtual Vocal Jazz Cafe exists to educate, inform, present, preserve, foster, collect, and disseminate information about America's Great Jazz Vocal performers, artists, and producers. The Institute collects discographies, documentaries, news articles, press, stories, public information, registries, top recordings and musical sections of great Jazz Vocalists, Singers, Innovators, Performers, and promoters perpetuating their unique sustainability and preservation via the Institute of Vocal Jazz Virtual Cafe Forum.

The prevailing and dominate modality of presentation will be online Virtually. Subsequent outreach and education will be held via Online and Virtual forums using online technical forums such as Zoom, Teams, Skype and other Media technological systems that support outreach and hosting public and private outreach via performance and lecture that reference the aforementioned elements and purposes under which the filing stipulates relative to the education, art, preservation, performance, lecture , sustainability, preservation, discussion, collection and presentation of the Vocal Jazz Genre.
